Delete Your CareerPassport Account
Version 2026-10-18-v2 · effective 18 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your CareerPassport account and data. CareerPassport is an app by Provantic Technologies Private Limited.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the CareerPassport app and log in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- (Optional) Tap Download my data first to get a copy.
- Confirm. We may ask for an OTP or your password to make sure it is you.
Option 2 — Without the app
If you cannot use the app (for example, you uninstalled it):
- Email grievance@careerpassport.app from your registered email address, with the subject "Delete my account".
- Include your registered phone number.
- We will confirm your identity (we may send an OTP) and process the request.
You can also use this route to delete waitlist data if you never created an account.
Option 3 — Delete some data only
You do not have to delete everything. In the app you can:
- delete individual résumés, documents, projects or Passport items;
- withdraw what you shared with an employer (from the application screen);
- turn off marketing emails (Settings → Notifications).
